Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a travel Home Health contract in Brookings, Oregon.
This is an in-home therapy position, with the PTA traveling to patients’ homes throughout the Brookings area to provide individualized physical therapy services under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist.
The PTA will carry out established plans of care while helping patients improve strength, mobility, balance, safety and functional independence in their own home environment.

**Home Health PTA opportunity in Brookings, OR! ** This is an in-home therapy position with an ASAP start, working Monday–Friday, 8-hour days with **40 hours guaranteed every week**.
