Position Title: RN Home Health Field Nurse

Required Qualifications: RN certification, BLS certification, minimum 1 year of nursing experience, prior home care experience preferred, proficiency with EPIC and OASIS is a plus.
Schedule: Days / 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM / 40 hours weekly
Additional Information: The role involves seeing patients in their homes, with a patient ratio of 5-6 patients daily. Wound care experience is preferred. Candidate must be able to document using electronic medical records.
