Job Details:
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, home health and hospice experience preferred for nursing in the Franklin/Macon County area, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with home health procedures, hospice care, and familiarity with home health documentation systems.
Additional Information: The role involves patient visits that require a reliable vehicle, adherence to unit-specific policies, and the ability to work independently in a home setup. Scrub color for nursing staff is navy blue or navy and white; therapy staff may wear business casual attire. The position is a contractor replacement role with a focus on consistent, quality patient care.
