Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, with one weekend every 4 weeks, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid drivers license with active personal transportation, minimum of 1 year of recent relevant experience, proficiency in HCHB (Homecare Homebase), OASIS experience required for staff completing Start of Care in home health, BLS certification, and flexibility with territory.

- Additional Information:
- All charting must be completed by 9 a.m. the following morning.
- On-call rotation may be required; details to be discussed during interview.
- Dress code: Scrubs (any color, no jeans).
- Cell phone use is not permitted, but an iPad will be provided.
- Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.
- Orientation is scheduled for Monday.
- All travelers must have an active drivers license and personal transportation.
