Job Summary:
Home Healthcare Registered Nurse (RN) in Portland, Oregon. This position involves providing skilled nursing care within a home health setting, focusing on wound care, medication management, IV therapy, and patient education. The role requires a dedicated professional to support adult and geriatric patients in their homes, adhering to established clinical guidelines and ensuring quality patient outcomes.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: 8-hour days shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: 1 year of skilled home health experience, Oregon or Washington licensure, BLS certification, COVID-19 primary series vaccination plus one booster, proficiency with the EPIC charting system.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with wound vacs, PICC lines, G-tubes, ostomy care, and urinary catheter care.
  • Float: Float rotation not required.
  • Additional Information: Traveler must have their own transportation. The facility groups clients to minimize drive time, with occasional maximum radius of roughly 60 miles per day. The role involves remote charting via EPIC and Rover applications, with free parking available at the site.
