Job Summary:
A Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in the Massachusetts area. Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Candidates must have at least 1 year of Certified Home Care experience, 1 year of Case Management experience, and must be able to travel to cases as assigned. Experience solely in hospice, private care, or working as a Case Manager without experience in a certified home health agency does not meet the qualifications. All applicants must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
