Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Home Health position requiring OASIS and HCHB EMR experience along with 1 year of recent home health experience.

Details

• Home Health setting serving a geriatric patient population
• Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day
• Monday through Friday day shift schedule, 5x8 hours
• On-call responsibilities required
• Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office
• iPad provided; mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required, license in hand
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience required
• OASIS experience required for clinicians performing SOCs
• HCHB EMR experience required
• Proof of vehicle insurance required
• First-time travelers not accepted

• Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in a home health setting
