Travel RN Home Health jobs in Denver, CO are available for an ASAP start with a 13-week contract. You will work Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts, covering 40 hours per week and visiting 5-6 patients daily. You must have a current Colorado RN license and home health experience. Documentation is completed using Homecare Home Base. Your responsibilities include performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, educating patients and families, and coordinating care with other healthcare providers 1.
