HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in San Diego, California.
Job Description & Requirements

Field Staff- North San Diego territory
Shift: Mon-Fri; one weekend a month required (schedule adjusted that week accordingly)
Average # of patients/day: 5-7 patients per day
Types of Cases: Home Health - geriatric
Years of experience REQ: Min 1 year HH exp
First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes
Weekend REQ: Please discuss during interview
Certs REQ: BLS
CA License in hand
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) NO
Territory/County covering: 50 mile radius from hub/ office
Mileage reimbursed? IRS Standard rate between patient homes
Locals accepted: (Y/N) Y at the travel rate
Pending License accepted: (Y/N) No
EMR: HCHB, experience required
