Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN - Home Health for a field position in Alameda or Contra Costa County requiring an active CA RN license and prior home health experience.

Details

• Field-based Home Health position covering Alameda or Contra Costa County
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Weekend work required as needed
• No on-call responsibilities
• Uses Kinnser/WellSky charting system, with training provided

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required in hand at time of consideration
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required
• OASIS experience required
