Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Home Health Skilled services is needed for a temporary assignment in the Huntley, Illinois area. This position involves providing direct patient care and conducting Outcomes and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) visits, including Start of Care (SOC) assessments. The assignment offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic healthcare environment on a 10 to 12-week basis.

Job Details

  • Location: Huntley, IL
  • Shift: Days, 8 hours per shift
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week, including weekend rotation
  • Duration: 10-12 weeks, starting 09/07/2026, ending 11/14/2026
  • Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license, experience with intravenous (IV) therapy, wound care, ostomy care, drains, trachs, and related procedures; familiarity with Home Health Care Business (HCHB) software, Teams, and Oasis assessments; minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
