HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Suffolk, Virginia.

Title: RN – Hospice | On-Call
Location: Suffolk, VA
Duration: 6 weeks, starting immediately
Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (8AM -5PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay: Travel rate; locals accepted
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recent Hospice RN experience
- OASIS experience required
- HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR experience required
- BLS required
- Active Virginia RN license in hand
- Hospice/geriatric patient experience
- Strong and timely communication & documentation skills
- Must be willing to provide backup on-call coverage
- Weekends may be required
Workload & Territory:
- Approximately 5–7 patients/day
- Geriatric hospice cases
- Territory up to 60 miles from the hub/office
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
Additional Details:
- Scrubs required — any color
- No jeans

- Locals accepted at travel rate
