Start Date: September 16, 2026

Location: Missoula, Montana

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with on-call and weekend rotation. 40 guaranteed hours per week. 8-week contract assignment.

Highlights:

• Provide skilled nursing care and case management for hospice patients in their place of residence
• Coordinate and integrate interdisciplinary services to ensure continuity of care and optimal quality of life
• Oversee care provided by Home Health Aides and CNAs, ensuring compliance with individualized care plans
• Participate in quality improvement activities and collaborative team approach to patient care
• Opportunity to advance from Visiting RN to Case Manager role

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Montana (BSN preferred)
• Valid driver's license, appropriate auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• 2 years of recent acute care, home care, or hospice experience preferred
• Clinical skills including venipuncture, catheterization, wound care, and/or parenteral therapy preferred
• Home care documentation system experience strongly preferred
