Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active RN license and nursing certification in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable supporting staffing coordination, patient movement, and emergency response
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced healthcare environment

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient placement and movement throughout the facility
• Support staffing needs in collaboration with nursing leadership and hospital administration
• Respond to emergency codes, traumas, and urgent clinical situations as needed

• Serve as a communication link between providers, staff, and other facilities
