• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,940 - $2,040
• Orientation: 36 hours
• Weekend Coverage: Minimum every other weekend
• Floating: Required within multiple ICU-level units as needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Current RN license in hand at time of submission
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Experience with Epic charting required
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Must be comfortable floating to equivalent or lower acuity units
• Must have experience with IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management
• ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing education required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to adult critical care patients in a float pool environment
• Support care across Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, MICU, CVICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, and related critical care units
• Monitor and manage ventilated patients, cardiac drips, vasoactive drips, and complex ICU therapies
• Perform and assist with procedures including IV starts, arterial line management, central line care, and telemetry monitoring
• Interpret dysrhythmias, blood gases, and other critical clinical data to guide patient care
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to support safe, efficient, and responsive patient outcomes
• Adapt quickly to changing unit needs while maintaining excellent bedside care and documentation standards
