### Join Our Dynamic ICU Float Pool Team! **Job Description:** - **Position:** Registered Nurse - ICU Float Pool - **Travel Experience Required:** Yes - Minimum of 400-bed facility experience required - First-time travelers must have at least 2 years of ICU experience - **Experience Required:** Minimum 2 years of ICU experience - **Shift:** Night (3x12-hour shifts) from 19:00 to 07:30 - **Weekend Requirement:** At least 6 weekend shifts every 6-week period - **Responsibilities:** - Float to various ICUs, MS telemetry, overflow units, and PACU as needed - Provide high-quality patient care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams - **Certifications Required:** - ACLS, BLS, NIHSS - Relias EKG Exam (on-site EKG exam also accepted) - **Preferred Skills:** - IV therapy, arterial line management, blood product administration - Experience with chest tube insertion/removal, BiPAP/CPAP management - Ventilator management and interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs) - **Patient Care:** - Work with adults and geriatrics in a 24-bed ICU with a total of 24 patients - Manage complex patient cases involving multi-system organ dysfunction - **Interdisciplinary Support Available:** - IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, and more - **Special Unit Details:** - Experience with EVD and CRRT preferred - Willingness to engage in continued learning and skill assessments - **Scheduling Type:** Self-scheduling - **Float Requirement:** Yes, must be flexible to float between units **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
