Assignment Details

• Start Date: July 27, 2026
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Shift: Nights (3x12s & 4 x12s) – 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Openings: 3 positions
• Schedule: Self-scheduling
• Weekend Requirement: Minimum 6 shifts every 6 weeks
• Floating: YES – ICU Float Pool (will float to ICU, PCU, MS/Tele, Stepdown, Overflow PACU) 

Unit Overview

• 24-bed Adult ICU (Float Pool)
• Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics
• Units Include:
  • Neuro ICU
  • Cardiac ICU
  • Respiratory ICU
  • Transplant ICU (Liver, Kidney, Heart, Lung)
• High-acuity cases:
  • Ventilator support
  • Hemodynamic instability
  • Multi-system organ failure
  • Post-transplant care 

️ Skills & Experience Required

• Strong ICU background with ability to manage:
  • Ventilators & ABGs
  • Central lines & arterial lines
  • Vasoactive drips & cardiac monitoring
  • Dysrhythmia management
  • Blood product administration 

⭐ MUST HAVE:

• Pulmonary Artery Line (Swan-Ganz) experience(recent within last 6 months)

✅ Requirements

• Active CA RN License (Required at submission)
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience
• Experience in 400+ bed facility REQUIRED
• First-time travelers accepted (if above criteria met) 

Certifications:

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS  
• NIHSS  
• CCRN (Preferred)

• This is a FLOAT position – must be comfortable floating across multiple units
• No pending license accepted
• Limited RTO (max 7 days, none during first 2 weeks)
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
