### Join Our Dynamic ICU Float Pool Team! **Job Description:** - **Position:** Registered Nurse - ICU Float Pool - **Experience Required:** 2 years in ICU - **License:** Active California RN License - **Certifications Needed:** - ACLS - BLS - NIH - **First Time Travelers:** - Accepted! - Must have experience in a facility with 400 beds or larger - **Special Requirements:** - PA Line/Swan Ganz experience is REQUIRED - Do not submit if you do not possess this experience; it will be assessed during the phone interview - **Shifts Available:** - 1900-0730 - Options for 36 or 48 hours per week - **Weekend Requirement:** YES - **Floating Requirement:** YES, this is a float position - **Pending License:** NO, must be active at the time of submission - **Schedule Requests:** - No scheduling requests can be accommodated - Max 7 days off; no RTO within the first 2 weeks - **Float Pool Details:** - Flexibility to float to medical-surgical, telemetry, PCU, overflow units, and PACU when needed **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
