**Join Our Dynamic ICU Float Pool Team!** **Job Description:** - Exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses in the ICU Float Pool. - Embrace a flexible role, floating to various units including MS, Telemetry, PCU, Overflow PACU, and Stepdown as needed. - Work Day Shift: 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) - Enjoy diversity in your nursing career with exposure to multiple departments. **Requirements:** - Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required. - Valid CA RN License essential. - Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH. - First-time travelers welcome — Experience in a 400+ bed facility required. **Special Requirements:** - PA Line/Swan Ganz experience **mandatory** — this will be assessed during the phone interview. - Large hospital experience is required. **Position Details:** - Shift: 0700-1930. - 36 or 48-hour schedules available. - Weekend availability is required. - Floating to different units is a fundamental part of the role. - Active license required at the time of submission — no pending licenses. - No scheduling requests or time off within the first 2 weeks of assignment (maximum of 7 days). **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
