Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an Certified Registered Nurse (RN) for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Float position in a facility located within a 50-mile radius. This role involves floating between all ICU and Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) units, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care. The position offers a stable schedule and the opportunity to work in a renowned medical setting that is a designated Comprehensive Stroke Center and Trauma Level 2 facility.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Florida license or compact license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), at least 2 years of clinical experience in ICU setting, no travel required, prior travel experience not necessary, orientation sessions held every Monday, and electronic medical record (EPIC) training required during the second half of the day at orientation.
• Preferred Qualifications: Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification.
• Additional Information: Travelers will float to all ICU and IMCU units. Every other weekend is required but no call requirements. Orientation and testing processes include the opportunity to test out of EPIC training if applicable, with full training required if testing is not passed. No block scheduling, no holiday RTO, and no more than 7 consecutive days of RTO are permitted.
