o Day Shift 1 charge, 8-10 RN's, 1-3 LNA's, and sitter PRN
o Night Shift - 1 charge, 8-10 RN's, 1-3 LNA's, and sitter PRN
Patient Ratios variable biased on acuity (ECMO 2:1, post open heart surgery 1:1, Critical ICU/ devices pt 1:1, typical ICU assignment 1:2, stepdown assigned 1:3-4)
Type of equipment IV pumps, Telemetry monitors, hoyer/ stand lifts, Impella, IABP, CRRT(nxstage), bladder scanner, Bair hugger, rapid transfuser, Blanketrol (for warming and cooling pts), chest tubes, vein finder, Sorin retransfuser post cardiac surgery, ventilator, high flow nasal cannula, BiPAP/ CPAP

Telemetry
Ideally PCU or greater
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Experience with critical drips, vents, etc.
Prior ICU experience

Pericardialcentesis with drains left in place post-precedure
Thoracentesis

Transvenous pacing wire insertion
