**Join Our Team as a Rural ICU/Med/Surg RN!** **Job Description:** - Embrace the mission, vision, and values of our organization. - Provide exceptional patient care tailored to the unique needs of each age group. - Conduct comprehensive head-to-toe assessments on all patients, including pediatric, geriatric, and general populations. - Adapt the standard of care based on patient responses and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan daily. - Create and implement teaching plans focused on identified learning needs, involving families as appropriate. - Assess and reevaluate pain management strategies, educating patients and families on effective techniques. - Deliver treatments and services at your licensed level of expertise. - Communicate clearly and effectively with Nurse Manager, coworkers, and physicians. - Collaborate with other departments for a holistic approach to patient care. - Provide age-appropriate care, recognizing the needs of pediatric, geriatric, and general patients. - Assist physicians with procedures, showcasing your technical and manual skills. - Remain flexible, organized, and composed in high-pressure situations. - Treat patients and their families with the utmost respect and dignity. - Maintain patient confidentiality diligently. - Recognize and address psychosocial, cultural, ethnic, and religious/spiritual needs of patients and their families. - Serve as a liaison between administration, patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers. - Engage professionally with patients and families, including them in the care planning process. - Foster strong working relationships within the department and across other departments. - Ensure accurate documentation that meets current standards and policies. - Identify and communicate psychosocial needs to social services/discharge planners for comprehensive support during and post-discharge. - Safely manage and operate medical equipment with precision. - Coordinate and supervise patient care effectively within your licensure. **Shift Information:** - Night Shift: 6 PM - 6 AM - Holiday Coverage Required: Yes **Minimum Years of Experience:** - 3 Years **Required Certifications:** - ACLS - BLS/BCLS - PALS - NRP - ATT - CPI - ENPC - RNFA - TNCC - AWHONN - STABLE - ASLS - NBSTSA - APHON - CMA - CCMA - RMA - C-EFM **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
