Description

American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift ICU/PCU RN requiring a WI or compact RN license and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Details

• Resource Pool/Float position covering ICU and PCU units
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent relevant experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• At least 1 completed travel contract preferred
• Not eligible if employed by the facility within the last 12 months
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• One supervisory reference required at time of consideration
• Skills checklist completed within the past year required

Additional Information

• Contribute professional clinical knowledge as part of an interdisciplinary care team
• Facility is a Level 3 trauma center
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility for full travel rate eligibility, though local candidates may be accepted with a 10% rate reduction
• Holiday coverage required, including working 2 of 3 major winter holidays (Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving)
• Limited time-off requests accepted during peak holiday periods
• First-time travelers may be considered if minimum experience requirements are met
