Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, ICU – Tyler, TX 75701

Start Date: October 6, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: 3x12-hour day shifts (07:00 - 19:00), 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period. Patient ratio 1:2. Float based on schedule.

Highlights:

• Medical-Surgical ICU with 16-bed capacity and average daily census of 14 patients
• 91-day travel assignment with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and phlebotomy
• Epic charting system with 36 hours of paid orientation
• Work with advanced equipment including CRRT (NXXT Stage), ventilators, and critical care monitoring systems
• Collaborative environment caring for adult and geriatric patient populations
• One pre-approved time off period available during contract

Requirements:

• Active RN license (state or compact license required at time of submission)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with 1:2 or 1:3 patient ratios preferred
• Proficiency in critical care skills including ventilator management, vasoactive drip titration, arterial line management, and blood product administration
• Must complete core compliance items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
