Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, ICU – Albuquerque, NM 87102

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), with option for 36 or 48 hours per week. Patient ratio 1:2. Weekend coverage required (6 weekend shifts per schedule period). Floating to similar units may be required with a maximum of 4 patients when floated.

• Pending New Mexico or Compact state license accepted (must be obtained prior to start date)

Requirements:

• Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact state; pending license accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with ICU patient ratios
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NIHSS required
• Proficiency in ventilator management, vasoactive drip titration, arterial line management, central line care, and blood product administration
• Experience with critical care skills including BiPAP/CPAP, continuous IV sedation, dysrhythmia management, and ABG interpretation
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
• Ability to complete onsite compliance modules and lab work within 48 business hours of contract signing
