Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurse for a position on an acuity-adaptable brain/spine unit in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role involves providing specialized patient care in a high-acuity environment, with responsibilities tailored to critically ill patients requiring advanced nursing skills. The position is scheduled for night shifts, offering a dynamic clinical setting for dedicated healthcare professionals.

Job Details:

Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Active nursing license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher, at least 1 year of ICU experience, location in or eligible to work in Indianapolis, Indiana
Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) is a plus
Additional Information: Candidates should be familiar with acuity-adaptable care models and have a comprehensive understanding of brain and spine patient needs, including post-operative and trauma care protocols. The role requires adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical best practices within the ICU setting.
