Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and compassionate care to ICU patients in a TICU setting.
• Perform procedures such as insertion of central lines, arterial lines, lumbar punctures, chest tube insertions, and EVD insertions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor critically ill patients using advanced equipment like ventilators, CRRT, EV 1000, and traction devices.
• Adhere to hospital policies including float policies, documentation in Meditech, and unit-specific guidelines.
• Maintain certifications including ACLS and BLS.
• Support scheduling needs, including a minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule, with flexible self-scheduling.
• Float to med/surg units as needed when staffing requires.
• Deliver excellent patient and family-centered care in a fast-paced ICU environment.
