Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse ICU – Albuquerque, NM 87102

Start Date: August 31, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), with option for 36 or 48 hours per week. Weekend coverage required (6 weekend shifts per schedule period). Patient ratio 1:2.

• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
• Pending New Mexico or Compact state license accepted (must be obtained prior to start date)
• 24-hour orientation period with onsite module completion

Requirements:

• Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact state; pending license accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with ICU background
• Current certifications: ACLS and BLS required; NIHSS required
• Experience with 1:2 patient ratios
• Proficiency in critical care skills including ventilator management, arterial line management, vasoactive drip titration, central line care, and management of patients with multisystem organ dysfunction
• Willingness to float to similar units (Medical-Surgical, Step-down, PCU, ER, CVICU) with maximum 4-patient ratio when floating
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
