Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, ICU – Albuquerque, NM 87102

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), with option for 36 or 48 hours per week. Weekend coverage required (6 weekend shifts per schedule period). Patient ratio 1:2.

• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Respiratory Services, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, Rapid Response Teams, and more
• Flexible scheduling options with 36 or 48 hours per week at straight time
• Pending New Mexico or Compact state license accepted (must be obtained prior to start date)
• 24-36 hours of orientation provided

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (New Mexico or Compact state license required before start)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS certification required
• Experience with 1:2 patient ratios
• Proficiency in critical care skills including ventilator management, vasoactive drip titration, arterial line management, central line care, blood product administration, and continuous IV sedation
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
• Willingness to float to Medical-Surgical, Stepdown, PCU, Emergency Department, or CVICU as needed (capped at 4 patients maximum while floating)
