• Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 4 shifts per week
• Schedule: Option for 36 or 48 hours per week, with weekends required
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,620 - $1,700
• Orientation: 24 hours
• Patient Ratio: 1:2 on days, nights, and weekends
• Floating: May float to similar areas such as MS, Stepdown, PCU, ER, and CVICU as needed

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; pending New Mexico or compact license accepted prior to start
• Minimum of 1.5 years of ICU experience required
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Experience providing adult critical care in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Comfort working weekend shifts and floating to similar units when needed
• Strong clinical skills in ICU monitoring, medication administration, and critical care workflows
• First-time travel nurse experience is welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult ICU patients with complex medical needs
• Monitor and manage ventilated patients, arterial lines, central lines, and vasoactive drips
• Interpret ABGs, dysrhythmias, and other critical patient data to support timely interventions
• Administer treatments, medications, and blood products according to unit standards
• Support patients with multisystem conditions, stroke care, and post-operative critical care needs
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacy, radiology, and other interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold a safe, compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Adapt to changing patient assignments and float to like units as needed
