Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in hand at time of submittal
• 2 years of ICU experience preferred
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Epic charting experience required
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required
• PALS and TNCC preferred
• Experience working with a 1:2 patient ratio
• Ability to perform in a high-acuity Trauma ICU environment
• Must be eligible to work in a W2 travel nursing role

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled, compassionate care to adult trauma ICU patients
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients in a fast-paced critical care setting
• Administer medications, blood products, and advanced respiratory support as needed
• Perform central line care, IV initiation and maintenance, and ventilator management
• Interpret and respond to dysrhythmias and other changes in patient condition
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support safe, effective patient care
• Float to ICU, IMC, or Telemetry units when needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic
