Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse for a night shift position in Painesville, Ohio. The role involves providing critical care across inpatient areas, including ICU, Stepdown, and Medical/Surgical units, with responsibilities that encompass care for patients with respiratory failure, endocrine disorders, electrolyte imbalances, stroke, cardiac arrest, sepsis, COVID-19, tuberculosis, renal disorders, and more. The position requires flexibility to float across units and work every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a commitment of at least 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, at least 1 year of recent ICU experience, and current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in ICU settings with respiratory and cardiac patient populations, certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The ICU unit is a 32-bed facility caring for adult patients with complex conditions requiring intensive monitoring and treatment. Flexibility for floating between ICU, Stepdown, and Medical/Surgical units is essential, along with availability for night shifts and holiday rotation.
