**Exciting Opportunity: ICU Travel RN Position!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic ICU team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a state-of-the-art facility. - Work in a recently expanded ICU with 28 beds, split between two pods to enhance patient care. - Enjoy a collaborative environment with a variety of experienced nursing staff, some with over 20 years of tenure. **Unit Details:** - **Staffing:** - Day Shift: Charge nurse and flexible nursing staff, adjusted based on census/acuity. - Night Shift: Charge nurse and adaptable nursing staff based on patient needs. - **Patient Ratios:** - Typically 1:2; can vary to 1:1 or 1:3 depending on patient acuity. - **Equipment:** - Pyxis, Plum Pump IVs, GE bedside monitors, Nelcor, Artic Sun, Sub Zero. - **EMR System:** - Meditech. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - **Must-Have Skills:** - Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital ICU experience. - Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH. - **Preferred Skills:** - TNCC certification. - Experience with Meditech. **Typical Procedures:** - Neuro surgical, trauma (level III, advancing to level II), cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, ETOH/drug withdrawal, care for all vented patients. **Team Culture:** - Emphasize flexibility and teamwork with a positive, patient-centered approach. - Become part of a nursing team that values collaboration and support. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
