Description:TRAVEL - RN - MICU (655) - Wesley Medical Center - 7P - 7A Unit Information: MICU/Medical Icu / (655) Location: Wesley Medical Center Address: 550 N Hillside St, Wichita, KS 67214 Floor: 4 Building: 7 General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 26 Number of Staff 65 Type of staff: Day Shift Charge + RN & PCT Night Shift - Patient Ratios 2:1, estimated never guaranteed Type of equipment - CRRT EMR Meditech / CPN Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year current acute care ICU RN hospital experience BLS, ACLS & NIH Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Prior Meditech experience Experience traveling to large trauma facilities Sono IV & CRRT List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Moderate sedation Hemodynamic monitoring & airway management Best personality Fit: Teamwork Coachability/Adaptability Positive Attitudes Only Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
