Job Summary:
The ICU Specialty Nurse position is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role involves working in an acuity adaptable unit that is not a traditional intensive care unit. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care on a rotating night shift. Candidates with at least two years of ICU experience, Epic electronic medical records proficiency, and travel experience are preferred. The position may require floating within various sites within 40 miles to meet operational needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications, relevant degrees, and one or more years of experience in ICU nursing; Epic electronic medical record experience; travel and float experience; location in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in acuity adaptable units; previous travel nursing assignments; strong clinical skills in critical care settings
• Additional Information: The role involves providing patient care in an acuity adaptable environment. Flexibility to float to other sites within a 40-mile radius may be required. Candidates should possess the ability to adapt quickly to changing clinical situations and demonstrate proficiency with electronic health records.
