Job Summary:
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Laconia, New Hampshire. This role involves providing critical care in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to float between units including Emergency Department, Stepdown, and Medical-Surgical units. The position requires RN licensure in New Hampshire or a Compact state and experience in various care settings, enabling the nurse to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week, beginning on 08/17/2026
  • Required Qualifications: Valid NH State License or Compact RN license; active BLS & ACLS certifications; up-to-date resume demonstrating 2-3 years of ICU experience; driver's license matching demographics; EMR experience preferred, especially with Cerner; experience working independently and handling a variety of care; self-starter with strong clinical skills; RTO must be included at the time of submission
  • Preferred Qualifications: TNCC, PALS, CCRN certifications; ICU experience preferred; experience with balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, Arctic Sun or TTM management, Alaris pumps, rapid infuser
  • Float: Float rotation may be required, including ED (not just ICU), Stepdown, and Medical-Surgical units
  • Additional Information: Candidates must submit a current resume, RN skills checklist matching the specialty, and valid licenses for consideration. Local candidates (less than 50 miles) are encouraged to apply.
