Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and provide high-level ICU care in a multi-specialty environment, including CVICU, MS ICU, and PCU.
  • Collaborate with care teams to manage critical patient conditions such as COVID-19, cardiac surgeries, sepsis, and respiratory failure.
  • Administer and titrate critical care drips and manage ventilators for critically ill patients.
  • Interpret cardiac strips and trends to ensure timely clinical interventions.
  • Participate in Rapid Response and Code Blue teams, ensuring prompt and effective emergency care.
  • Maintain records in Cerner charting system with diligence and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Current RN license and eligibility to practice in Arizona with no restrictions.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
  • Preferred experience with IABP and Prismaflex CRRT.
  • Proficient in EKG interpretation, ventilator weaning, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to float between ICU, PCU, and other Critical Care areas.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with interdisciplinary teams.
