Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a registered nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for a position at a healthcare facility located in Somerset, Kentucky. The role involves providing expert patient care in a state-of-the-art facility with a focus on neurological and cardiac treatment. This is a night shift position starting on August 3, 2026, with a weekly guarantee of 36 hours.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS); 1-2 years of experience in an acute care facility; valid license as a registered nurse; capable of working in Kentucky
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in neurocritical care and knowledge of advanced neurosurgery procedures
• Additional Information: The unit has a patient ratio of 4:1 during day shifts and 5:1 during night shifts. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, specialty ICU environment. The facility employs a large team of healthcare professionals and supports a diverse patient population, including adult and geriatric patients. May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility.
