Job Summary An Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) is needed in Indianapolis, IN. This role involves providing specialized care for critically ill patients in a 30-bed unit, including patients with sepsis, respiratory failure, substance abuse disorders, endocrine disorders, and psychiatric conditions. The position requires a compassionate and adaptable professional to support patient recovery and stabilization during night shifts.

Shift: Nights (7:00 PM 7:30 AM), 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: ACLS, BLS certifications, 2 years of ICU experience, comprehensive assessment skills, experience caring for septic patients, mechanically ventilated patients with hemodynamic monitoring devices, valid Indiana license or license eligible.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), Epic electronic health record system proficiency.
Additional Information: Floating to other inpatient areas may be required when census is low. Orientation includes modules, Epic training if needed, and one day of unit-specific orientation.
