Job Summary
The organization is seeking an ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse in a hospital setting. This position involves providing specialized, round-the-clock care to critically ill or injured patients, focusing on continuous monitoring, rapid assessment, and intervention. The role requires managing ventilators, medication drips, and complex equipment, often collaborating with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Position Description: ICU RN providing critical care for injured or critically ill patients, including managing ventilators, medication drips, and complex equipment. Responsibilities include rapid assessments, collaboration with physicians on treatment plans, and compassionate support for patients and their families.
• Certifications/Education/Experience Requirements: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support). One or more years of ICU or CCU RN experience.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m., minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Floating to medical-surgical units may be required. The unit has 8 beds with a patient ratio of 1:2-3. EMR system utilized is Medhost. Scrub colors are flexible, with any solid color acceptable. No call required.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must have valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, and be available to start ASAP for an initial contract duration of approximately 13 weeks, ending on 01/25/2027.
