Position: Registered Nurse (RN) ICU
Location: The healthcare provider is seeking a qualified RN for an ICU assignment.
Certifications and Education Requirements: Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice; ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) or higher degree preferred; BLS (American Heart Association); preferred certifications include ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of ICU experience.
Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Responsibilities include: performing health data assessment, nursing care, health teaching, health counseling, therapy and treatment planning, medical function execution, treatment plan monitoring, clinical documentation, and resource utilization.
May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications; may be placed on-call during scheduled shift.
Submission requirements: Candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and meet the qualifications outlined above.
