Job Summary: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Intensive Care Unit nurse position is available in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This role involves providing critical patient care in a facility that has been serving the community since 1950. The position requires working night shifts, with a focus on delivering high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); valid licensure or license eligibility in New Mexico; 1 year of experience in an ICU setting
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic fetal monitoring (EFM), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and trauma nursing certifications
Additional Information: The facility is Joint Commission accredited and a designated Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI. All clinical staff in New Mexico must be fingerprinted prior to hire and provide documentation of background check processing. Orientation is scheduled weekly on Mondays, and candidates must be at least 60 miles or greater from the facility location.
