Job Summary Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) New York. This position involves providing specialized care for adult patients within the ICU setting. The role requires a licensed RN with experience in ICU care, including managing arterial lines, blood products, and complex medication administration, while working a night shift schedule.

Required Qualifications: Valid New York license in hand; at least 2 years of ICU experience; certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS; experience with arterial line management, blood product administration, central line care, continuous IV paralytics and sedation, infection prevention, dysrhythmia interpretation, PPE and isolation precautions, IV insulin protocols, management of dysrhythmias, obtaining 12 lead EKG/ECG, phlebotomy, PICC line management, procedural sedation, starting and maintaining IVs, thermoregulation, titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips, Epic charting system experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge experience, community hospital experience, LTAC experience, trauma level I or II experience, travel experience, experience with interdisciplinary support teams, and familiarity with the Epic EMR system.
Responsibilities include providing advanced patient care, monitoring critically ill adults, utilizing specialized procedures, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of ICU experience and be able to float as required.
