Job Details:
**Required Experience and Certifications:** - 2 years of experience required - EPIC experience/proficiency required - Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS (all certifications and licenses must be current and not expire while on contract) **Licensure:** - NC license or Multistate required at submittal **Skills and Qualifications:** - Must be willing to float to IMCU & Med Surg as patient volume requires - Skills: Vents, BiPAP/CPAP management, Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care/management, Continuous IV sedation, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Infection Prevention, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Starting and maintaining IVs, Surgical Intensive Care Unit, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Ventilator Management - Must be comfortable taking a pediatric patient **Patient Care:** - ICU Patient Ratios: 1:2 (but will vary if/when floating) - Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics **Local Rules:** - No candidates will be accepted if they reside less than 40 miles from the facility. Driver's License must be provided for address verification prior to any offer acceptance. **Pre-Submission Requirements:** - Must include Qualivis Cover Sheet and current NURSYS report, with all RTO included on cover sheet - Valid State License (must be at least pending with ETA clearly stated, no profiles should be submitted without a multistate license) - References Required **Additional Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Return Staff Policy: Must be gone 1 year to return as traveler
