Job Summary:
Critical Care Nurse specializing in Intensive Care Unit in Boston, Massachusetts. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced adult intensive care environment, with a focus on adult medical, surgical, abdominal/lung transplant, and trauma critical care. The role requires adaptability to rotating day and night shifts to meet patient needs and ensure optimal care delivery.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Rotating day and night shifts, with 36 hours per week, including every other weekend and every other holiday.
  • Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher, current nursing license, and at least 2 years of recent acute care inpatient experience or current ICU experience. A minimum of 1 year of travel experience is also required.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience caring for critically ill adult patients in high-acuity environments, certifications such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Additional Information: The role involves working in a multidisciplinary team to care for highly complex critically ill patients. The unit is committed to providing exceptional, compassionate care in a safe environment.
