This position involves providing specialized care to critically ill patients in a 32-bed ICU, with an emphasis on resilience, social engagement, and adaptability. Job Details
Position Description: ICU RN responsible for comprehensive critical patient care in a 32-bed unit with three levels of care, including ICU, step-down, and medical-surgical services.
Required Qualifications: WI or compact registered nurse license, American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Associate Degree or Certificate, minimum of 2 years ICU experience, prior travel experience required, Epic charting experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree.
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: The position may require potential float to med/surg units and other regional Wisconsin locations such as Wisconsin Rapids, Plover, and Divine Savior. There may be on-call responsibilities with a minimum of two hours, and some low census hours may be unbillable. During flu season, unvaccinated staff are required to wear masks at all times.
