Job Details
- Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid New Mexico Registered Nurse license or current Compact state license; BLS (American Heart Association); ACLS (American Heart Association); TNCC certification; 2 years of experience in intensive care or similar clinical setting
- Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of ICU patient care and unit protocols; strong communication and teamwork skills
- Additional Information: The RN will obtain and document initial assessments, develop individualized care plans, perform point-of-care testing, and participate in patient education and discharge planning. The role emphasizes effective communication, collaboration, and a professional attitude to ensure patient safety and positive team dynamics.
