Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
• Active RN license in good standing
• Current ICU certification or critical care specialty experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and maintain a reliable schedule
• Strong critical thinking skills and confidence in a fast-paced acute care setting
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, fellow nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Experience in adult critical care, telemetry, or acute care nursing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, high-quality care to critically ill adult patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes quickly, and respond appropriately to emergent needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to plan of care
• Collaborate with the care team to support safe, evidence-based patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and timely
• Maintain a calm, professional presence in a dynamic critical care environment
• Support patient safety, infection control, and high standards of nursing care
