RN – ICU | 12H Nights | 36hrs GTD | 2+ yrs ICU exp required | BLS, ACLS & NIHSS required (PALS/TNCC preferred) | EMR: EPIC | Ratios 1:2 | Must titrate drips (vasopressors, sedation) | Vents, BiPAP | Floating to PCU | Every 3rd weekend + holiday as needed | No call required | Pass/Fail exam during orientation (90% required) | No artificial nails allowed | Navy scrubs | 50-mile radius rule (No recent CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity within 12 months; DL required) |
