Job Summary Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse Location TBD. This position requires a highly skilled nurse experienced in trauma, surgical, and neurological intensive care. The role involves providing specialized patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment, utilizing Epic electronic medical record (EMR) systems and adhering to hospital protocols. Candidates must have previous travel experience and meet the competency requirements within 24 hours of submission.
Job Details
Certifications: Must have current ICU nursing certification, with a minimum of 2 years of ICU staff experience in trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients, including trauma level one experience.
Education Requirements: Appropriate nursing degree; current and active nursing license required.
Location Requirements: Must have previous travel experience; local candidates are no longer being accepted effective 1/11/2024 (excluding ineligible counties).
Years of Experience: 2 years of ICU experience in trauma, surgical, and neurological settings.
Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: Competency test required within 24 hours of submission; candidates must provide a current email address for communication.
Submission Requirements: Up-to-date resume, compliance with dress code (Navy blue scrubs), and availability to start by 10/19/2026 with a planned end date of 01/18/2027.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
